The Screening Process
- Once we receive your information, our review process begins. If you’re actively seeking a job, we initiate the assessment phase.
- This involves a 45-minute personality assessment and a quick 10-minute video interview, offering deeper insights for better understanding and potential fit.
The Application Process
- If you are an “Active” registration, & your personality and skill set are a match for our client, & the role they are recruiting for we will apply on your behalf (and email to let you know).
- If they are keen you may get an interview before the job is posted!
Interview & Placement
- We will send details of our shortlisted candidates to our client, they will choose who they interview, and ultimately hire.
- Be prepared – You may be called for an interview with your potential employer.
- If you get close, and miss out we will review with you any feedback we get that may help you next.
