Our Outsourcing Process

Register for the Talent Pool

  • Register for the assessHR Outsourcing Talent Pool, we’ll guide you through uploading your CV and addressing some swift questions regarding your availability.
  • This efficient approach enables us to grasp your availability and skills, facilitating precise matches with suitable opportunities.

The Screening Process

  • Once we receive your information, our review process begins.
  • We’ll maintain regular communication with you throughout this process.
  • If you make the shortlist for our outsourcing roles, our team will reach out to introduce themselves, discuss the hiring process and answer any questions you may have.

Interview & Assessments

  • If you’re shortlisted, we’ll request a 10-min video interview, a 15-min personality assessment, and your approval for a police check.
  • There will be no face-to face interview for assessHR Outsourcing positions, if your reports check out, our clients will most likely hire you.

Offer & Induction

  • We will call to discuss hours, pay, duration of employment, and if you are keen, we will get a contract to you.
  • You will need to attend a 1hr induction session before starting to be inducted into your employers Health & Safety policies.
