Our Assessment Process
Choose your assessment
- You have two options: select from one of our assessHR assessment packages below or engage in an initial conversation to help identify an assessment suitable to better understand you, and what makes you tick.
- Remember an assessment is NOT a test. There are no right or wrong answers just your answers!
Complete your assessment
- All you need to do is complete the assessment.
- As soon as you’re done, we’ll be notified and get in touch.
Interpret the results
- Once we have your completed assessment, we’ll go through the reports carefully and put together a summary commentary, which we’ll then share with you.
Present your report
- We’ll send you an email containing both the reports and provide some commentary around your report.
- If you’ve chosen an assessment package with a coaching session, we’ll schedule a 15-minute review meeting to chat about it and address any queries you might have.
