- You handpick the candidates you’d like to interview, and proceed to arrange and conduct those interviews.
Offer & Hire
- After selecting your preferred candidate, you’re all set to extend the offer and finalize the hiring process.
- Once your preferred candidate accepts the offer, we’ll promptly send email notifications to all other applicants who were not selected.
