Justin Tye

After working for HP I co-founded an IT distribution company in NZ called exeed which grew into a very successful organisation.  After leaving this business I decided to use my experience in HR and created assessHR with Sheryl Logan in 2023 to help other organisations in the IT industry find and nurture great talent.  Our business has a focus on using Psychometric testing to increase the probably of candidate fit and performance.

I’m based in the South Island and a keen mountain biker, trail runner, golfer, skier and fly fisherman,  all of which can build up a thirst which I like to quench with a good craft beer.
